Aeolus is pursuing the Sigfrid Karg-Elert Edition

Aeolus is actually pursuing the Sigfrid Karg-Elert Edition with concert organist Elke Völker.
We are recording Vol.6 (Choral-Improvisations op.65, books III and IV) with her in Lüdenscheid (Christuskirche), approximatively 80 km in the north-east of Cologne. The Christuskirche (Christ church) houses a colorful three manual and 36 stop E.F.Walcker organ from 1902, which has been very nicely restored in 2008 by Gebr. Stockmann organ builders from Werl.
